We may update or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. User Content & License

When you submit a product, text, logo, or other content ("User Content"), you confirm that you own it or have the rights to use it.

You grant Verified Tools a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display your content on the directory
• Promote it through our website and social media
• Store, index, and generate thumbnails/previews

You retain full ownership of your content. We do not claim copyrights.

4. Backlinks

Backlinks are provided "as is."

• We do not guarantee DR/DA metrics
• We do not guarantee SEO results

Backlink placement is permanent unless:
a) the content violates our policies,
b) the website is discontinued, or
c) a legal request requires removal.

5. Featured Listings, Reviews & Ads

Paid services include:

• Weekly featured listings
• Monthly homepage ads
• Written reviews (1000+ words with images)

We reserve the right to adjust scheduling for quality or operational reasons.

6. Payments & Refunds

Refund conditions:

• Backlinks are delivered immediately → non-refundable
• Reviews or advertising services (work requiring time) → Refunds allowed within 7 days, only if work has not started
• Digital services are non-returnable once delivered

All payments are processed through approved third-party processors (e.g., DodoPayments). We do not store payment information.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent or harmful projects
• Engage in vote manipulation or traffic tampering
• Submit illegal, hateful, or infringing content
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated posting tools
• Harass or threaten other users
• Attempt to access the platform unlawfully

We may remove or reject content at our discretion.

8. Third-Party Links

Verified Tools may include links to external websites. We do not endorse or guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Safety
• Policies
• Content of third-party sites

You access them at your own risk.

9. Account Termination

Backlinks already delivered will remain unless removal is required.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
